Product warranty Information:
All warranty and repair claims are handled at our location here in the Midwest. No long delays waiting for parts or shipping times. It arrives here, we take care of it and quickly get it back on its way to you. We know how precious time to ride can be, we don't want to be another issue getting in the way.
All warranty claims outside of the US, customer is responsible for return shipping. Customer is also responsible for any and all taxes, tarriffs, and fees charged to receive their product.
All warranty claims after 45 days (within the US), buyer is responsible for return shipping if required.
***Please read your owners manual fully and carefully prior to use. Use of "unbranded" low quality batteries is strictly prohibited. Also only use properly certified chargers (recommend using chargers that are included only, where applicable). Warranty DOES NOT COVER damage done to any product by use of low quality batteries or chargers/use of chargers not specified or included with Ituo products. All products on our website come with their specified manufacturer warranty. Common is 2 years for light head, 6 months to a year on accessories. RAKC Industries LLC will provide warranty services for all products we carry. We are not responsible for product changes, discontinuation of products, or other issues that can arise with any of the brands we sell. All warranties are subject to manufacturer approval.

Amazon Warranty requests:
-"Sold by RAKC fulfilled by Amazon"- Customer is responsible for shipping item to us to be repaired. If replacement is required, old product must be shipped back prior to sending replacement. Return shipping to customer is free of charge.
-Unless "Sold By RAKC Fulfilled by Amazon" is specified, you must contact the seller of your product. They must authorize a warranty repair through the manufacturer and the manufacturer will then contact us with the information authorizing the warranty repair. Under no condition will we handle that process for you. You are responsible for shipping the item to us for repair if authorized.
"We proudly claim and warrant our main products free of defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the day of purchase under normal use. Accessories and spare parts are warranted for 1 year. If a covered defect occurred, return the light to the place of purchase. If this happens within 15 days from the day of purchase, we will replace the defect model with a brand new one without extra charges; After 15 days from the day of purchase, handling and transportation charges shall be borne by person desiring service."
2 year warranty against manufacturing defects for light all parts accept batteries. Batteries carry 1 yr warranty. Warranty does not apply to misuse, using in conditions beyond product ratings.
We want you to be fully satisfied so we offer 2 options:
*Must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase. If product is damaged in any way (scratched, dented, chipped, broken) it is not eligible for return/exchange. Product, items included and original packaging (with the exception of any plastic wrap that may have been sealing the entire box) must be returned in new condition, shipped in appropriate/protected packaging. We recommend using the box/packing material we ship your light(s) in so you know it will arrive safely back to us.
First is exchange. Can return your purchase and exchange it for another light and be refunded (or pay) the difference. We do not cover return shipping and shipping charge at the time of the order is not credited. However we will ship the new light you choose free of charge.
Second is refund. We will refund you the purchase price minus the shipping fee (even if it was part of a free shipping promotion, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refund). Time to process is 1-3 days after receiving the returned item, plus the time frame needed by your bank/card to post the refund, typically 2-5 days.
